Our History
TC Facility Services, founded by Patrick O’Rourke, began as the painting and coatings division of Trans-Clean. In 2008, the division was spun out to operate independently under the TC Facility Services name. Since then, the company has completed thousands of projects across manufacturing facilities, warehouses, municipal buildings, hospitals, universities, and commercial properties. In 2025, the company entered a new chapter as Shane Phillipps took over as owner-operator, continuing to build on the company’s established legacy.
